Why Investing in Stocks This Year Was Not a Financial Mistake

Why Investing in Stocks This Year Was Not a Financial Mistake

In a matter of weeks, I saw my portfolio erode at a rate that I thought was only possible in months/years instead days/weeks. The other day, I was looking at the disastrous performance of my stock investments through financial statements and asked myself one question: “Did I make a financial mistake by investing in stocks this year?”
Choose the Best Forex Brokers Right Now!
These “after-the-fact” type questions usually does nothing but make me feel worst but I felt the need to give an honest attempt at answering because being invested this year was by far the most detrimental to my wealth.
As my thoughts race through my brain, the answer became increasing clear to me that starting to invest in stocks was not a financial mistake. The decline was definitely something I wish I avoided, but to call it a financial mistake was just not correct.
To carry on the discussion further, let me share with you some of the notes I took in my imaginary wall:
We Decide Based on Possible Outcome, Not Results.
When I chose to pour my savings into the stock market, it was based on the rational decision that:
  1. Stocks outperformed other asset classes in any 20-year period
  2. I was young enough to have many years of income to cover any potential losses
  3. My time horizon was long
Due to the fact that we can’t predict the future and there’s no “undo/retry” in life, we decide the path to take based on all the facts present.  My investing approach was based on past history and my circumstances. My wealth took a disastrous dive but short term performance was simply not part of my consideration. I’m looking for long term gain, and these types of short term decline was what I was willing to tolerate and should be expected.
I Actually Made the Choice
Indecision is always the worst mistake that one can make.  If I did not decide to begin investing during the good times, there would be no way that I would start now when everything looks dark and gloomy.  As a result, I may never start investing.  It would preserve my capital this year, but earning 3% a year (and being taxed every single year) is definitely not advisable over the long run.
What I Do Consider a Financial Mistake
Let’s face it, many of us lost more money this year than any other. However, financial mistakes should be left for those decisions that we make when the facts points to the likelihood of financial disaster (Taking payday loans, splurging on credit cards without the funds to pay them off immediately, buying a new car just to keep up with your neighbors etc come to mind).

9 Ways to Start Earning Extra Money on the Side

9 Ways to Start Earning Extra Money on the Side

Since job security is almost as hard to find as well-rested new parents, we have to create our own financial stability by building multiple sources of incomes. That can mean taking on freelance work, starting up our own businesses, or pursuing a potentially lucrative hobby. With the average worker now holding 10 different jobs before age 36, the only way to guarantee a little bit of continuity is to take matters into our own hands. Here are some ways to get started:
Choose the Best Forex Brokers Right Now!

Brainstorm. Ask a friend or family member to engage in some quick back-and-forth to gin up some ideas. What are your talents? Do you daydream about any potential money-making schemes? Have you stopped pursuing a hobby that you used to love? What did you enjoy making or doing as a kid? Write down all the ideas, even the crazy ones, and review the list for any potential pursuits.
Take small steps. Maybe you first need to purchase a domain name before launching your small business. Or perhaps you need to have coffee with an editor before pitching a few magazine ideas his way. The first step might also be as small as buying a how-to book on your chosen field. Whatever it is, take it – it will be easier to take the next ones.
Check out Craigslist.org. Craigslist isn’t just a great way to find secondhand furniture; the postings can also be a source of entrepreneurial inspiration. People offer all kinds of services, from woodworking lessons to French tutorials. The postings might give you some ideas for what kind of services you could offer yourself. You can always test the market by posting an ad and seeing who responds.
Start a small business. If you’re serious about launching a gardening service, or a dogwalking business, get the word out with a website and begin offering key clients free coupons for the work. Then, post their endorsements on your site. Consider advertising in web forums, including Craigslist.org. In Generation Earn, I profile Anne and Tim Bradley, a married couple in their twenties who launched an online pet store after noticing an unfilled niche in the market. During the first month of operation, they made $1,000.
Market your mind. If you prefer to work from the comfort of your home, then consider opening up an account at Cafepress.com, where you can create T-shirts with art or witty expressions and then sell them through the site. You keep 10 percent of all sales. Follow pop culture and politics closely, and you could have a winner: After health care reform passed, Vice President Biden’s quote about the reform being “a big #@%*! deal” took off.
Get paid to talk. If you have expertise in something – anything – then organizations are probably willing to pay you to talk to them. You might have to offer a few freebies at first, but soon, you can start lining up the paying gigs. A local or national speakers association (check out the National Speakers Association at nsaspeaker.org) can help.
Teach your passion. Maybe it’s yoga, or perhaps art: Whatever it is, find out where you can teach it. Local community centers, gyms, and colleges are often looking for new teachers.
Get crafty. Websites such as etsy.com make it easy to sell your handmade jewelry, soap, or other items directly to new customers.
Blog. Bloggers don’t usually get rich through their writing, but they can often promote their other businesses or services effectively through their blogs. So once you set up shop, don’t forget to write about it.

15 Ways to Earn Extra Money

15 Ways to Earn Extra Money

Sometimes being frugal isn’t enough to meet your financial obligations and goals and you’ll have to look for ways to earn some extra cash. Whether you’re a stay at home parent looking to supplement your family’s income, looking to pay down debt or establish an emergency fund or saving for a special purchase, here are some ideas to help you make some extra money.
Choose the Best Forex Brokers Right Now!
Note that these are not get rich quick schemes and they might not work in every situation. The idea of this post is to help you brainstorm ways to use your unique skills and resources to make money that might not have occurred to you before.

1. Childcare. Occasional babysitting is not just for teenagers, in fact many parents prefer to have adult sitters and will pay a premium for experience child minders. Consider signing up with a service like Sitter City to find jobs.
2. Run errands for those who are too busy or incapable of doing it themselves. Be sure to check with your auto insurer and local regulations if you decide to offer a service that gives people rides, for example taking the elderly to do their shopping.
3. Pet sitting/dog walking. If you love animals but can’t have a pet of your own this could be a great part time job and a way to spend time with pets.
4. Secret shopping. Be sure to read the FTC guide on Mystery Shopping first to give you tips on signing up with a reputable agency. Also know that you may be required to pay upfront for things like restaurant meals and then reimburse you for expenses along with the fee, so this might not be a good option if you are seriously strapped for cash.
5. Housecleaning. If you’d rather not do this on a regular basis, consider offering one-off services like helping get Spring/Fall cleaning done or specific jobs like washing windows, getting a home ready for a big party and so on.
6. Freelance writing. Even if you don’t have experience writing for publications, you can make money writing short, informative articles for companies such as Textbroker. You can find work writing for blogs at the Problogger job board, too. There are often writing jobs offered on Craigslist but proceed with caution as you could be scammed into working for free or ridiculously small amounts.
7. Start your own blog. This is by no means a guaranteed way to make money, but if you enjoy writing and/or taking photographs this could be a nice way to make a little extra money and have some fun. You can even be paid to review products or be given free samples, trips and other perks if you have a popular blog. You can get more information at Mom Bloggers Club.
Blogher is one ad network that bloggers can join to get ads that pay per view and sponsored review opportunities, and there are many more.
8. Handyman/woman services. If you are good with your hands, this can be an excellent way to make money and help people. Look into getting liability insurance if you do this sort of work though, as you could be sued if something goes wrong even if it’s not your fault. This kind of insurance is usually not prohibitively expensive and can offer great peace of mind. Ask your insurance agent for details.
9. Computer repair/lessons. Some ideas: help restore computers that have been crippled by viruses, make backups, fix computers that are slow, install new operating systems and teach people how to use their computers.
10. Do customer service work at home. West at Home is one company that offers people jobs working at home doing customer service work, such as taking orders from people calling 1-800 numbers. Your computer will need to meet certain minimum standards and you’ll need to purchase a headset to be able to type and talk on the phone at the same time. You can learn about similar jobs at the WAHM forums (work at home moms, but anyone can register and read, not just mothers).
11. Help with catering/clean up for special events. Call around to temporary staffing services and catering companies in your area to find out if they maintain an on call list of people looking to work doing things like setting up and breaking down large parties or serving and tending bar. You might need to obtain a permit to serve alcohol depending on your location, so do your homework.
12. Pass out samples or demonstrate merchandise. You can search for jobs and register a profile on the National Association for Retail Marketingwebsite. This is a great job for outgoing personalities with a lot of patience.
13. Be a search engine evaluator/assessor. Lionsbridge and Leapforce are two corporations that contract people to work at home to evaluate search engine results. These jobs are in high demand so it can be awhile before you hear back.
14. Score essays and other standardized tests. Pearson Educational Measurement is one company that hires people to grade essays and other standardized tests. You’ll need to meet certain educational requirements and the work is seasonal by nature. This would be perfect for teachers and other professionals that have the summer off.
15. Perform small tasks. Amazon Mechanical Turk offers computer users the opportunity to make money doing small jobs like drawing boxes around objects in a picture or clicking on links to see if they are live or not. Most tasks pay pennies but you can do dozens or hundreds in an hour. It’s not great money but a lot of the jobs are things that can be done during commercial breaks while watching tv or other down time. Don’t do any tasks that ask you to sign up for mailing lists or complete offers, such as applying for credit cards.

Some other tips:

  • Craigslist is not the only place where you can advertise your services for free. Many local papers now offer free online classifieds. Don’t forget about bulletin boards in local stores and community areas like churches or synagogues. Be sure to let everyone in your circle know that you are offering these services, networking is one of the most powerful ways there is to get a job.
  • If you are wary posting your private phone number or email address in public, get a free email account to forward to your main address and sign up for Google voice to get a free phone number that can record voice mails for you, send you text transcriptions of the messages and forward the calls to your land-line or cell phone (only in the USA).
  • Use reasonable caution before going to a stranger’s home. Be sure to let somebody else know where you are going and if the situation seems off to you, leave.
  • Make sure to discuss and agree upon all terms before you start a job, including how and when payment will be made.
  • Talk to your insurance agent about getting an umbrella policy for liability and any limits that might be placed on your auto or home insurance if you use them for work.
  • Look into local regulations, particularly for services that involve food, transporting individuals or child care.
  • Before you sign up for any work at home opportunity, do a search to find out about any complaints. Don’t let your hope for extra income cloud what you already know: if it’s too good to be true, it probably is.
  • Do not pay a company to work for them. If they need to run a credit check or background check, it should be on their own dime. Also, be very cautious before handing over your social security number or other unique identifiers. There are legitimate reasons that a company would need this (for example to give you a 1099 at the end of the year) but you should check out their reputation thoroughly before handing it over.
  • Speaking of 1099s, remember you are liable for taxes on any income you make. Keep careful records and stay on the right side of the IRS.

10 unusual ways to make extra money

10 unusual ways to make extra money

There are many people in Australia who are struggling financially at the moment. Even those who have a full-time job can often find that there are times when their cash flow just isn't sufficient to keep up with the bills, and once you get behind, it's hard to catch up.
Choose the Best Forex Brokers Right Now!
If your troubles are more a matter of a few unexpected expenses putting a hole in your savings, then you might want to consider some of the following unusual - and in many cases easy - ways to earn a little extra cash
Sell your stuff:
Having a garage sale, or selling online on a site like eBay provides a twofold benefit. You'll earn some quick cash and you'll have a good clean out of all your unneeded items. Things like designer label clothes and perfume can fetch a good price, particularly if they are popular but discontinued items. Always remember to research before listing item so that you have a competitive price.
Sell your skills:
eBay isn't the only way to make money online. You can also offer your skills, particularly creative skills such as design or writing – anything that can be easily produced and delivered via computer. Sites like elance.com normally allow you to bid for specific jobs, naming the price you will charge if selected. Remember that you are competing in a global market, so the rates you can expect to receive online will likely be well below the rate for equivalent skills working in Australia.
Become an artist:
Maybe you're not Da Vinci, but if you have a decent camera or the ability to create digital illustrations, you can register with sites like iStockPhoto or Getty Images and get paid a small royalty if people use you image.
Create a website or blog:
Successful bloggers can make a great income, but it's not guaranteed.  If you are passionate about a particular interest, consider starting your own blog or website. It may start out slow but if it gathers pace, you might have advertisers knocking on your door.
Rent a room:
If you have a spare room you can rent the space for a pretty good weekly or nightly return. Look into websites such as airBNB or Wimdu for an easy way to earn a bit of cash.
Sell your hobby:
Or rather, sell the things you make as a hobby. Most cities and towns will have a variety of markets where you can rent a stall and sell your wares. Do some costings before you commit. Stall rental might not be much, but if you haven't allowed for things like materials or ingredients you could end up making a loss.
Become a virtual assistant:
If you have experience as an office assistant, you can become a virtual assistant. Like the markets idea, you need to consider your costs before you commit or alternatively contact the many personal concierge companies who may be looking for someone like you to handle some of their work load.
Do odd jobs:
It's not glamorous, but if you are willing to do jobs that other people won't – or don't have time for like washing windows, ironing, walking dogs and general cleaning - then you might be able to offer your services for a reasonable price.
Be a mystery shopper:
Get paid to shop and report back about services and products from small to well-known large companies. There are numerous sites which are looking for mystery shoppers or even pay you to shop.
Get (another) job:
Getting a part-time job can provide a good additional income. Just make sure you can manage the workload and it doesn't compromise your current job.
These ten tips are really about looking outside of the square. They may not all be easy to start, but if you really need the extra money, they could be worth a shot.

37 EASY IDEAS TO MAKE MONEY ON THE WEEKEND

37 EASY IDEAS TO MAKE MONEY ON THE WEEKEND
I think that we can all agree that making more money is a great idea. Finding the time to fit in a second job? That’s a lot harder.
Luckily though, there are a ton of random things you can do on the weekends to supplement your present income if you don’t have the time to (and don’t really want to) get a regular, more conventional second job. Get creative and think about how you can use skills you already have to make the most of any spare time you have. It can be easy to take your skills for granted. For example, you might be really organized. Well, you could use that skill to help someone manage their email inbox and charge for being a virtual assistant!
Choose the Best Forex Brokers Right Now!
Here are 37 easy ideas for making money on your weekends (or evenings)…
1. Ask for Overtime
Ask your employer if there is any work that can be done over the weekend. Taking inventory, cleaning the office, or catching up on work tasks may be legitimate reasons for you to earn extra cash on your days off.
2. Babysit
Couples that want to hit the town over the weekend will appreciate your ability to babysit. Let your friends and neighbors know you are available but be sure to mention the rate per hour you expect so no one misunderstands your offer.
3. Clean Out Your Basement
There may be a lot of useless stuff in your basement, attic, or closets that are actually treasures to someone else. Yard sale what you no longer want over the course of a weekend. Whatever is left, add to Craigslist.
4. Clean Out Someone Else’s Basement
Offer cleaning services for someone else. Advertise through word of mouth and be sure to check in with elderly neighbors that may not be able to get the work done themselves.
5. Tutor Students
If you have an aptitude for school work, offer to tutor your friend’s kids for an hourly rate.
6. Sell Your Yard Work Skills
Since summer will be here before we know it… If you have a lawn mower, take it for a walk around your neighborhood to see if anyone needs help. Landscaping skills also are marketable especially during the fall when the leaves are everywhere.
7. Doggie Sit
People that work weekends or those going away may need someone to care for the animals. You can charge for the different services you offer including feeding, walking, cleaning cages, or administering medications.
8. House Sit
People going away for an extended period of time may need some house sitting services including mail retrieval, watering plants, turning on/off lights, and maintaining the lawn.
9. Host a Garage Sale
Collect your unused items and sell them from your garage.
10. Become a Craft Vendor
If you have a talent for making creative things, sell your wares at festivals, fairs, farmer’s markets or on Etsy.
11. Become a Direct Sales Vendor
There are many companies that utilize direct sales personnel (think Avon) to sell their products. Sign up as a consultant and host weekend parties to earn extra income with flexible hours.
12. Do Data Entry
There are job opportunities that allow you to do data entry or transcription work from home in your spare time. Just make sure the company you sign up with is legit. Check with the Better Business Bureau first or look for company complaints online that warn of scams.
13. Care for the Elderly
Many families rely on outside help to care for elderly loved ones. Provided they don’t need medical assistance from a licensed nurse, you could provide services like cooking, cleaning, and errand-running.
14. Donate Plasma
I did this in high school for a few extra bucks. Turns out, there are organizations that pay money for your donations of plasma. Check with your local hospital if you’re not sure where the locations are in your community. Other opportunities for biological donations are also available for consideration.
15. Recycle
Grab a trash bag and collect cans and glass bottles for recycling. Clean out your own recyclables and then hit local parks and other public areas to add to your collection.
16. Blog for Others
There are job opportunities available through Craigslist and other sites where companies will pay for fresh content on their blogs.
17. Fix Stuff
If you have a knack and knowledge about handyman skills, find jobs you can work on over a weekend.
18. Be a Photographer
If you have a way with the camera, offer to take family pictures for friends and family. Word can spread until you get some regular weekend work. Charge a little less than the competition.
19. Get Your Money Back
If you come across clothing or other items that still have the tags on them, take them back to the store for a refund. Even if you get store credit, it’s better than nothing.
20. Deliver the Newspaper
Contact your local newspaper and ask about delivery positions for weekends only. Some locations may rely on extra help for delivery of Sunday’s larger edition.
21. Clear the Sidewalks
If you live in a climate where snow happens, get out your shovel and find out who needs help in your area. Charge a few bucks for clearing the snow and provide your contact number to your new customers for the next snow storm.
22. Sell Your Garden Wares
If you enjoy gardening but harvest more than you can eat, set up a stand on the side of the road or at the local farmer’s market to sell what you grow. Starter flowers are also a good choice.
23. Detail Cars
If you have a good vacuum and cleaning supplies, offer car cleaning services at your neighbor’s homes.
24. Become a Bookkeeper
If you are good with numbers, find small business owners that would like to outsource their bookkeeping tasks to someone else. Keep everything nice and organized for tax time.
25. Teach a Class
If you have a skill, talent, or education in an area, you can host a class at the local community center. Charge a few dollars for admission and teach crafts, knitting, scrapbooking, yoga, computer skills, or a foreign language.
26. Try Catering Opportunities
Many catering companies are busiest on the weekends and will accept temporary workers as wait staff and bartenders without the employment commitment.
27. Sing It
If you have vocal skills and musical abilities, book weekend gigs at bars, hotels, or anywhere that pays singers, piano players, and other entertainment for a few hours of work.
28. Be a Model
If you live by art schools, find out if they need models for their drawing and painting classes. Photographers may also need live models for weekend shoots. Don’t worry about looking like Gisele to get work. Many photographers like everyday, real, people in their photographs. I know we do!
29. Capitalize on Events
If you live near large events that are scheduled on weekends, make your property a parking lot and sell spaces to drivers. When I went to Sturgis, South Dakota for the bike rally years ago they whole city was renting out portions of their yards for camping!
30. Rent Out Your House
If you live in a tourist area, consider leaving your home for the weekend and rent it out to someone else. Even if you don’t live in a tourist area you can rent out your home. Check out Airbnb if you’re interested in that.
31. Be a Clown
Rent yourself out to kids’ parties and maximize your silly side.
32. Fast Food
If you have a reliable vehicle, offer local mom-and-pop restaurants that don’t have delivery service to do weekend work. It can increase profits for both of you. Of course, you’d have to be sure that you charge the restaurant enough to make up for the gas usage and wear-and-tear on your car.
33. Quench Thirst
If you live near a popular place like a park, drag out your cooler and sell some drinks. Be sure to check with local laws in the area first so you don’t get hit with fines. That would totally defeat the effort;)
34. Become a Mover
Weekends are a great time to earn money helping people move. If you have a truck or a van, you can also charge for hauling fees.
35. Weekend Junker
If you have a truck, offer hauling services of other people’s junk to the junk yard. Bonus points for taking scrap metals to the recycling center for even more cash.
36. Realtor’s Best Friend
Contact real estate companies or property management places about cleaning out apartments when tenants move. You can clean, repaint, or offer repair services for minor issues.
37. Farm Work
Live near a farm? During the different seasons, farmers will seek out temporary help for the harvest. There may also be weekend work available to care for farm animals.

How To Make Money From Home

How To Make Money From Home

Do you want to be your own boss? Do you want to make your own schedule and work as much (or as little) as you want?
The good news is that you can. It really is possible to make a decent income from home. It’s much easier to make extra money, rather than a full time income, but both are indeed possible.
Here are some ideas on how to make money from home:
Choose the Best Forex Brokers Right Now!

Sell Stuff

I don’t just mean sell all the stuff in your house that you don’t want anymore, because eventually you will run out of stuff to sell. What I do mean is to shop at garage sales and thrift stores (Kijiji and Craigslist are great, as well) for under-priced items and then resell them.
For example, a few weeks ago I bought a collectible Disney DVD for $3 at a garage sale and then sold it on Ebay for $14.99. Before that, I bought a Little Tikes slide for $5 off of Kijiji and then sold it for $20. If you do this enough, it’s easy to make some serious cash.

Child Care

If you can manage watching a few kids every day, you can earn around $50 per child, per day (possibly more, depending on age and length of stay). If you want to open an actual daycare, you will have to get some certifications from the government, so keep that mind.
Simply caring only for children of friends or family members would eliminate that hassle though. Ask around and see if anyone is looking for child care.

Web Design

If designing websites is a skill you have, use it to your advantage. Web designers are always needed. From what I’ve been told, the hardest part about being a web designer is finding the work. The best web designer gets most of their work from word of mouth. Treat your customers right and they will help you make money by referring you to their friends.
When you start out, ask some friends or family for work. When you’re finished with their design(s), ask them if they could refer you to others. You can also sign up to sites such as Elance to find work.

Make & Sell Stuff

Are you crafty? Can you knit a gorgeous scarf? Do you make ceramic dishes? Cute jewelry? Etsy is a fantastic website that lets entrepreneurs sell their homemade items on their website. It’s a great way to make money from home.

Start a Blog

Starting a blog does not mean easy money at all. It takes years to build a blog large enough that it starts to generate an income you can live off of. It takes a lot of patience and a lot of time. If you want to make good money at it, blogging must be your full time job.
Darren from ProBlogger is a fantastic resource for making money blogging.
Working from home is great. Making your own hours, taking time off when you want to (without asking for permission) and doing something you love – it’s all wonderful – but it’s still work.
I can’t stress enough that while working from home is great, it is still a job. You still have to wake up every day and do actual work. You just get to do it in your pajamas.

6 Ways To Make Money Online

6 Ways To Make Money Online

How to make money online, and although there are many ways to do so, this is not something that is easy.
There is no possible way to “get rich quick”, and anyone who tells you otherwise is lying. If you want to make money online, it’s going to take awhile to make more than a few dollars, and it’s going to involve quite a bit of work. Lots and lots of actual work. If you don’t treat your online endeavor as a job, you’re not going to make much money. It’s that simple.
Choose the Best Forex Brokers Right Now!
However, if you’re not afraid of working hard, you can earn a decent income online. Here are a few ways to make money online in Canada.

1. Sell Stuff

There are many places that you can sell things online, including Kijiji, Craigslist, Ebay, andAmazon.
You can sell pretty much anything you want on these sites. It’s very easy to make money by getting rid of things around the house that you no longer need. My personal favourite website is Kijiji because it is free to list things for sale and the site is very easy to use.

2. Sell Homemade Goods on Etsy

Are you crafty? If so, you should really consider selling your stuff on Etsy – one of the best sites for selling homemade goods. There are a ton of members and visitors that visit this website every day to see what’s new, so you will have a large audience that you can sell your products to.

3. Become a Freelance Writer

There are many websites out there that will actually pay you to speak your mind. If you are knowledgeable about certain things (finance, child care, housekeeping, etc.), there is likely a company that is looking for someone like you to write articles for their website, magazine or newspaper.
Wise Bread is one company that I would recommend looking into.

4. Start a Blog

Before I say anything about blogging, please note that you should NOT start a blog to make money. You should start a blog because you love to write and share with others. If you do this, eventually the money will come. It just takes awhile.
There are many ways that you can make money with your blog: Google Adsense, private advertising, affiliate marketing (such as Amazon Associates), eBooks and more.

5. Use Swagbucks

Using Swagbucks is a great way to earn “money” online. All you have to do is use their search engine and you will earn “bucks”. Once you have enough of those bucks you can trade them in for cash (through Paypal) and/or gift cards to local and online stores.

6. Complete Surveys

There are many reputable survey sites such as Survey Junkie, Opinion Outpost, and Cash Crate that you can work for.
Don’t expect to make a whole bunch of money taking online surveys. You will often only be able to earn pocket change.
That money can go toward a monthly treat (a specialty coffee, a new book, etc.), though, so it may be worth the small amount of time it takes to complete these surveys.
Making money online is very hard. I didn’t start making much money myself until I’d been blogging for over 2 years!
Although it does take time (like any other job), there is something so rewarding about being able to work online from your own home (or anywhere you can get an internet connection). Maybe it’s the fact that you get to live in your pajamas (not that you should!), take breaks whenever you want and be your own boss – those are some of the things I love about my job!
The main thing to remember is that if you want to make anything more than pocket change online, you absolutely must treat your job as a job – not as a hobby.
